About this piece

🌾 A wicker foraging basket in a shallow trug shape, handwoven in our family workshop in Lithuania from willow we grow, cut and dry ourselves. It is woven low and wide over a solid willow base, with a plaited border and an arched handle twisted from several rods and bound into the sides.

Available in four different finishes – choose yours from the options.

Use it for vegetables from the market, apples from the garden or mushrooms from the forest, and indoors for bread, jars, kindling or gloves.

Care

Keep it dry and wipe with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Kept away from radiators and long damp spells, handwoven willow lasts for decades.
