About this basket
A large wicker firewood basket in a deep gold tone with darker banding, woven in our family workshop with a tall woven handle that stays comfortable when the basket is full of logs.
Good for
Logs, kindling and fire starters by the hearth; branches and pinecones from the garden; blankets and outdoor cushions; boots and garden tools by the door.
Why it lasts
The handle is wrapped where it meets the sides, and the deep body keeps logs from rolling out. The open weave lets stacked wood breathe and dry evenly.
