How long it takes
Weaving, then delivery
Two separate clocks. First we weave your basket, then the courier takes over.

Business days, counted from the day your parcel leaves the workshop. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Always tracked
Every parcel travels with a tracking number. The moment your basket leaves the workshop we email it to you, so you can follow it the whole way.
Cost shown before you pay
Add a basket to your cart, choose your country, and the delivery price appears next to the total. No surprises at the last step.
Packed to survive the trip
Willow is light but it does not like being squashed. Baskets go out in boxes built around them, with the handle protected.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of the basket and where it is going. Put what you want in the cart and pick your country — the exact delivery price is shown next to your total before you pay anything.
Can I get it faster?
Sometimes. Write to info@naturelywoven.com with the date you need it by. If we have something suitable already finished, we can send it the same week.
Where is my tracking number?
It goes out by email the day your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and then write to us — we read messages 24/7.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide — across Europe, to the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and beyond. Choose your country in the cart and the exact delivery price appears before you pay.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the box and the basket and email the pictures to info@naturelywoven.com. We sort it out — you will not be left with a broken basket.
I would rather not pay by card.
You do not have to. Choose Bank transfer at checkout, or email us the codes of the baskets you want and we will send you the total and our account number.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
USA: import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives.
European Union: no customs charges at all.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other countries outside the EU: the parcel may be subject to import VAT and a small handling fee from the local carrier, paid by the recipient on delivery. These amounts are set by your customs authority, not by us.
