About this basket
An extra large wicker trug, 71 cm long, in a bold two-tone weave with a wide, open shape and a sturdy handle. Handwoven in Lithuania for the jobs a normal basket cannot do.
Good for
Garden harvests, folded linens, market shopping for the whole week, blankets in a living-room corner.
Why it lasts
The wide mouth and low sides make it easy to load, and the rim is woven thick so the long walls do not flex when the basket is picked up full.
