About this basket
A large willow laundry basket in a rectangular shape that fits against a wall or under a shelf, woven in our family workshop with a handle that does not strain the grip when it is full.

Why it lasts
Rectangular baskets take the most strain at the corners, so the corners here are woven tight and the rim is stiffened. The open weave lets damp laundry air out.
