About this basket
A round willow mushroom basket, 30 cm across, with a braided rim and a twisted handle — the compact basket for a walk in the woods. Woven in our family workshop in four colours, from unpeeled brown to pale gold.
Good for
Mushrooms and berries, eggs from the coop, herbs from the garden, a small bread-and-fruit shop at the market.
Why it lasts
The braided rim reinforces the edge where a basket takes knocks, and the open weave keeps mushrooms firm on the way home.
