About this basket
A traditional willow basket in the old countryside shape: a wide curved belly, a thick braided edge and a strong handle. Handwoven in Lithuania, 36 cm long, 27 cm deep.
Good for
Mushroom foraging, apples from the orchard, herbs and flowers on a walk, bread and produce from the market.
Why it lasts
The thick braided edge has kept this design in use for generations, and the open weave lets spores disperse as you walk.
