About this basket
A large willow storage basket, 46 cm long and 35 cm deep, with a handle that stays comfortable when the basket is full. Woven in our family workshop in five colour combinations.
Good for
A laundry hamper, a firewood carrier by the hearth, a market harvest of fruit and vegetables, blankets and throws for winter evenings.
Why it lasts
Deep enough to be useful, sturdy enough to be carried full: the handle is bound into a stiffened rim and the base is woven flat and firm.
