About this piece
Need your product sooner? With priority production we move your order to the front of the queue: your items are woven and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Normally this takes up to two weeks.
How it works
- Open your cart and switch on “Priority production”. The fee is added to your total straight away.
- We start weaving as soon as your order comes in (for bank transfer, as soon as your payment arrives).
- Within 1–3 business days your parcel is on its way, and you get the tracking number by email.
Price
150 € per order – however many items it contains. In the cart you see the fee in your own currency.
Large orders
For large orders, for example around ten items or more, weaving can take 1–2 business days longer. If this applies to your order, you will get an email from us right after you order.
Delivery after dispatch
Priority production speeds up the making, not the transport. Once your parcel is on its way, the usual transit times apply: Lithuania and Latvia 1–3 business days, rest of the EU 3–5, UK and USA 5–7, Canada 5–8, Australia and New Zealand about 10, all other countries up to 10.

Care
Keep it dry and wipe with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Kept away from radiators and long damp spells, handwoven willow lasts for decades.
