About this basket
A large wicker storage basket with a reinforced handle, woven in our family workshop from hand-selected rods that show slight variation in tone from basket to basket.
Good for
A full harvest of vegetables or apples, logs and kindling from the woodpile, blankets, laundry or toys gathered by the door.
Why it lasts
The handle is the first thing to fail on a cheap basket. This one is reinforced and bound into the rim at both sides, so it carries a full load without loosening.
