About this basket
A rose-rim willow trug: pale golden body, a soft rose-toned rim, a tall tightly wound handle. 74 cm long, woven in our family workshop — light in colour and good enough to leave out between jobs.
Good for
Firewood, garden vegetables, an armful of flowers, or a hallway basket for blankets and boots.
Why it lasts
The boat shape with raised ends keeps a heavy load balanced under the handle. Solid willow all the way through, no plastic core.
