Refund policy

14 days to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it.

The basket must come back unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition it reached you.

How to return
Email info@naturelywoven.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and answer any questions - we read and answer messages 24/7. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you. Once the basket reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back the way you paid, within 14 days.

Damaged in transit
Willow travels well, but accidents happen. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the basket and email us. We put it right at our own cost.

Woven to your own size
Baskets made to a size, shape or shade you specified for yourself are woven only for you, so they fall outside the 14-day return right. Everything listed in the shop is returnable as above.
