Shipping policy
Every basket is woven after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Weaving takes up to 2 weeks, most often about one week. Your parcel goes to the carrier as soon as the basket is finished and dry.
Delivery time after dispatch
- Lithuania - 1-3 working days
- Latvia - 1-3 working days
- European Union - 3-5 working days
- United Kingdom and United States - 5-7 working days
- Canada and the rest of North America - 5-8 working days
- Australia and New Zealand - about 10 working days
- Everywhere else - up to 10 working days
Working days are counted from the day the parcel leaves the workshop. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. The total time from order to doorstep is weaving time plus delivery time.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the parcel and the destination country, so you see it before you pay.
Tracking
Every parcel travels with a tracking number. We email it to you the moment your basket leaves the workshop.
Packing
Willow is light but does not like being squashed. Baskets go out in boxes built around them, with the handle protected.
Duties and taxes
We ship to the United States on a DDP basis, so duties and taxes are included in what you pay and nothing extra is collected on delivery. For other destinations outside the European Union, import duty or tax may be charged by the destination country under its own rules.
