About this piece

🌾 A large hanging bird table, handwoven from willow in our family workshop in Lithuania. A wide cone-shaped roof keeps rain and snow off the seed, and branch posts hold it above an open wooden platform with a deep woven rim.

Hang it from a branch, pergola beam or shepherd's hook and fill it with sunflower seed, mixed grain, suet or chopped nuts. The open sides let several birds feed at once.

Care

Keep it dry and wipe with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Kept away from radiators and long damp spells, handwoven willow lasts for decades.
