Returns

You can return a basket within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unused and packed in the same box it arrived in. Please email info@naturelywoven.com before you send anything back, so we know it is coming. Return postage is paid by the customer. Once the basket reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you to the same payment method. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us photographs and we will sort it out.
