1. General Provisions 1.1. These terms have been prepared and approved by Lukas Ližaitis individual activity No. 1379521 (hereinafter – the Seller). 1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these terms at any time. The latest amendments take effect from the date of their publication on the website.

2. Purchase–Sale Agreement 2.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer selects the product, places an order, and pays for it in the manner specified by the Seller. 2.2. Order confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email.

3. Products and Prices 3.1. All products are presented with descriptions and photographs, which are for illustrative purposes only. 3.2. Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable). Delivery costs are charged additionally unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment 4.1. The Buyer may pay for the products using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer;
  • Online banking;
  • Other payment methods specified by the Seller.

4.2. Payments can be made using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

5. Delivery 5.1. Products are delivered throughout Lithuania and abroad according to the applicable delivery rates. 5.2. Products are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after receipt of payment. 5.3. In case of unforeseen circumstances causing delivery delays, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer.

6. Returns and Exchanges 6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. 6.2. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to the Seller's error or a defect.

7. Liability 7.1. The Seller is not liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer due to failure to familiarize themselves with these terms. 7.2. The Seller is not liable for disruptions in internet network, email service providers, or other disturbances beyond its control.

8. Privacy and Data Protection 8.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Seller's privacy policy. 8.2. Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and communication with the Buyer. 8.3. Payments in the online store are processed via the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475). Therefore, your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

9. Final Provisions 9.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. 9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
