Refund policy

We apply a 7-day return policy, which means you have7 days from the date of receiving the item to submit a return request.

For the item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (special orders or personalized products), and personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the desired item separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason or justification. As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and credit the refunded amount to your account.
